Estate find.  Was placed in a book of maps.  Measures approximately 19 X 25".  Wear to edges.  Darkening from age, particularly along edges.  Some rough edges from handling.  Paper residue and/or tearing from hinge on back side (Pacific Ocean side).  Creasing.  Will be shipped folded along original fold lines.
