About The Record:

Dragon Fly is a 1974 album credited to Grace Slick / Paul Kantner / Jefferson Starship. It was the transitional release between the various shifting groups that Slick and Kantner had been recording with, as Jefferson Airplane dissolved in the early '70s and the new group that Jefferson Starship began. Dragon Fly just missed the Top 10 and went gold within six months. It sold as well as any Jefferson Airplane records generally did. The album charted at no. 11.
