This episode guide was given to me by Viacom years ago. It consists of a stack of loose sheets of cream-colored paper, printed with episode titles, synopses, and cast lists from the original Hawaii Five-O TV series. The pages aren't numbered, but there are a lot of them, over 1000 episodes' worth.
There are tiny holes in the corners of the sheets where someone tried to staple the sheets together before realizing that the stack was just too big for that.
The folder is embossed with the Viacom logo. It shows some wear and scuffs from normal handling, and from being used to hold more paper than it was designed for.
