French Provincial Oil Painting on Canvas Signed Framed 29" x 25" Mountain Stream

Mostly beautiful blue shades are used in this oil painting of a stream, tree's and a mountain. Very well done and has been kept well. The frame does show one chip missing from the right top corner area. There is also a tiny pin tip hole that you can't even see unless you look really close and hold it up to the light. It is located in the lower right area of  pic. Over all for it's age, it is in nice condition. Measures: length: 29-1/4" by height: 25-1/4" by depth: 1.5" 

I am sorry but I can not seem to figure out the name of the artist on this painting. If you know please do tell so I can post for those looking for this persons work can find it.
