Little Girl Figurine with Brown Pigtails in her hair.  Wearing a Blue polka dot dress and black shoes.  She is Holding Her little white Kitten in her arms.  A set of flowers are at her feet.  I believe this Figurine to be made of bisque material as it has a different feel to it.  Like porcelain is smooth and this one has a grainy feel to it.  One hole on the bottom.  Unmarked who the maker is
