"can ii still get email messages or feedback if i have no items for sale in my marketplace booth?"

I am down with a bad case of sciatica and need to put my Marketpace items on ‘hold’ until I recover, or “on reserve” if that’s the same thing.

Can anyone please tell me : If I have no items in my Booth, will I still be able to receive in-coming messages, inquiries and/or Feedback?

Put your booth on vacation mode.

Yes, Yes and Yes! Of course, you won’t have anything to get “inquiries” on since your items will not be displayed. Good luck on your recovery.
