Why are my items sorting by price when i've chosen the popularity option for sorting?

Whether I sort by popularity or price, high to low, the items stay in the same order, which is in the priced high to low order.

This seems to be a new issue, since I’m pretty sure it was working the way it is supposed to not so long ago.

Not for my view. When I’m viewing my booth, the settings say “Popularity”, but my items are actually listed by price instead.

Wow how strange! Margie is correct, till you get to page 3. Contact support for sure.

Your booth is sorting by popularity by default when I viewed your booth

Yes, it says it is sorting by popularity, but it isn’t. When I’m viewing my booth, the settings say “Popularity”, but my items are actually listed by price instead.

I just looked at your booth and you are right. They say popularity, but they are actually by price—high to low— until you get to page 3. It shows a brooch for $8.00, then the next item is a pair of shoes for $21.99. After that it seems to be popularity. I would contact Bonanza and ask them about it.

Yes, if it continues over the next couple of days, I will. It isn’t working well for me, because I want to be able to see what items are getting the most views.
