My listings come up saying I need to sign the International Selling Agreement before they can be published to ebay. I have signed it but the error message remains. Any help would be great!

This is an official Bonanza response.

Sorry to hear of the troubles @buyfromgroovy! If your account is brand new, sometimes, eBay will require a seller’s account to be at least 90 days old, or have 10 seller feedback points, before using a third-party integration (like Bonanza’s) to export items to their platform. This may prevent new eBay sellers from publishing listings to eBay via Bonanza’s advertising program until that threshold has been met. You also need to add at least one item eBay before you can export items from Bonanza. If you haven’t done that, we recommend adding an item and then come back to Bonanza, update your booth, and then try to publish some of your items.

Hope this does the trick!

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
