Hi everyone
I’ve worked at Bonanza as a seller for almost 2 years and because of the withdraw fee to mastercard costs too much, I don’t want to pay the selling fee via my mastercard, I always pay it for Bonanza on 4th every month.
But this month I don’t know the system charged me 2 times the selling fee. The first time is on November 27th, due to the mastercard doesn’t have enough money, the process is fail, so they held my booth and after I made a payment via Paypal, they released it. The second time is on December 6, it paid automatically from my mastercard again but it didn’t work, I continued paying their selling fee via Paypal but don’t know why it allowed me to pay a part of the fee this month. And I mailed them to get an answer explaining why they automatically paid twice a month like this and is there any way to automatic pay via Paypal. Then the next day, they held my booth and don’t let me pay fee via Paypal, they said I should add the value card and they will charge a card and after that, they will release my booth.
I think it’s ridiculous, all the problem here is just the unpaid selling fee, why they need to make a payment via the mastercard while I still can pay the fee via PayPal.
Now I have to wait up to 5 days to have money in my mastercard for them to charge, it’s really waste my time and lost my profit this month.
Hope all of you will give me your comment about that problem.
Thanks for reading!

On the first of every month, pay the bill with paypal, then it won’t try to charge your credit card. Bonanza wants an active credit card, so if a seller doesn’t pay they can automatically charge the card.
