Hello.
How is the USPS doing in moving your packages along through their system?
I’ve had two packages take the scenic route.
The one was priority mail and it was a few days late. That one was scary and I had some beads of sweat rolling across my forehead until it made it to where it was supposed to go.
And the other now is running a few days late (should have been there on Thursday) and it is priority. I do not have the beads rolling on this one but still. I hate to see it when a package is late, especially when I know it is something for Christmas.

Don’t forget that the USPS lost a day due to President Bush’s death. Otherwise, about half of my packages arrive on time. The other half? 1-2 days late.

Of course we all know that Xmas is their busy time of season and for the most part, I have only had 2 issues over the 12 years I have been selling stuff. My first sale on Bonz NEVER Arrived (was NEVER scanned delivered) and was hoping that was not a bad omen here.
Another package was a working 1940’s era Tube Radio (that was irreplaceable) and even though I had Heavy, Fragile and Do Not Drop on all 6 sides, the buyer got it and sent me pics of the package before opening. It looked like it was taken 20+ feet in the air and dropped a lot MORE THAN Once as it was just emaciated. Opening it of course, the wood frame inside was broken and was unusable. Thank god I had insurance on it but PO only paid for the item, not the $27.00 it took to ship it far. I never understood that since THEY damaged it, they would not refund the postage but that is the Govt for you. From that point forward, I dont mark Fragile on anything I send now as I think they take it as a personal challenge to treat it rougher.
Other than that, I have had just a very FEW take the scenic route on me but all arrived, be it later than it should have.
Happy (and on time) sales to all.

This past week I have mailed about a dozen packages all of them first class and they gave gotten to their destination in 3-4 days. That’s from Idaho to the east coast. Yet I mailed a priority mail package to my brother in California and it took 6 days to get there.

I haven’t had any problems at all. I had a few that were priority and were a day late, but priority is not promised at the exact 3 to 4 day period only next day is. But i’m happy overall this year to me they seem to be doing a great job.

As of earlier this week, the USPS is running about a day behind now on about 95% of my packages…still, not too bad.
