How do we skip the "accept offer" step and go straight to buyer purchasing.

Received our first “offer”. We don’t permit negotiations, so the potential buyer technically gave us an offer that was the terms we set. Because it was the price we asked, we approved the offer, and now the potential buyer must finalize the sale.

This seems like a potential sale killing step—as people like to impulse buy—and adds extra steps in the process requiring un-needed activity.

How do we set it so the simply purchase the item as offered, and the sale gets processed?

For and OBO to go through without having to come back….

A the bottom of every listings where you enter the price is the Instant offer price

Enter the amount you are willing to accept without negotiations…

If the OBO price is at or above than the amount you entered, then the purchase will go through just like a regular purchase.

Remember to include the shipping cost also

So if you are selling item for $20.00 with shipping of $5.00 but are willing to sell item for $16.00 with shipping of $5.00 then enter $21.00 for total cost in the box.. (realize OBO is supposed to include the shipping cost) is at $21.00 or more but less than the $25.00 it will be an automatic acceptance.

This is the only way to skip the person coming back process…

When I accept an offer, I immediately send the buyer a message instructing what to do..and to let them know that shipment of item will be done once the payment process is completed…and yes, a high percentage do not come back to complete the checkout…

I have found that in many cases those that do not are simply waiting for ebay auction to complete..if they win, they don’t come back..if they loose they come back and try to negotiate some more…

IF you do not wish to offer OBO at all

In the “Edit Listing” interface for your item, scroll all the way to the bottom in the “Item Price” section. Uncheck the box “Price negotiable” (I believe Bonanza automatically checks this, although I’ve found most Bonanza buyers don’t try to negotiate, at least not for the items that I sell). I believe you can also disable “or best offer” option in your overall booth settings, if you don’t want any of your items to be negotiable.
