Do sellers see the customer's email when they make a purchase?

Once a customer has bought something from me, does Bonanza show me their email? If not, can I send them newsletters through this website? And can I ask them for their emails in a private message, to send tracking numbers for shipping?

Amazon isn’t giving venders unlimited free pass admittance to clients’ very own contact data. Maybe, Amazon will tell marks the number of clients have picked to get the messages, alongside execution measurements for the mission. [URL removed]

I believe you will get the customer’s email address. If not from Bonanza, then probably from PayPal, if that’s how they paid.

When you mark the item shipped on Bonanza, the tracking number entered is automatically sent to the buyer with the shipping notification.

I don’t ship through Bonanza.

If you don’t ship using Bonanza you will need to manually enter the tracking number in the space allowed on the bmail link.

Can you please tell me what the bmail link? So far I only (almost) had 1 sale, but it was blocked by Bonanza. I certainly didn’t see blink anywhere.

Also, if they don’t sent you the client’s email, do you know if they have any policies against asking for their email in a private message? I sell print on demand and my printing partners use email addresses to send tracking numbers.

You don’t receive their email address in Bonanza, but you have the ability to use Bonanza messages to communicate with the buyer (the Bonanza messages are forwarded to your email)

You can use Bonanza messages to communicate with your buyer (and they with you). That way, all your correspondence is in Bonanza. That’s the safest way to do it, if there is ever any issue that comes up.

In Bonanza, when you are looking at your order, there is a link that says “send a message” below the buyer’s name and information.

Thanks!

Get the customer’s email from the sale notification through the payment processor.

Where ever the shipping label comes from the tracking can be entered

Seller Dashboard

Click on order

Leave feedback
Relist items
Mark as Shipped (click on this and enter the tracking number. Enter note to customer optional)
View invoice

Any messages about the sale should go through the internal email (bmail) system, in case there is a problem and you have proof of your dealings with buyer, but all of the buyer’s information can be obtained from PayPal, Stripe or Amazon Pay, if needed.
