Hi, does anyone know how I can contact Bonanza to close my un-activated account andclaim back the money they have taken from my credit card account. I’ve emailed [email protected] only to have my email returned as undeliverable.
@BuntingB, We’re sorry to see you go! We don’t see any emails in our support center from your linked email address. We also reviewed your account and you did not sign up for any additional features (memberships/webstore) so your card was never charged. We went ahead and closed your account, but we hope to see you back on Bonanza in the future!
If you have any other questions, you can contact us at https://www.bonanza.com/site_help/contact_us.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
