Jewelry made with a heart and by hand. Every item is original and one of a kind. For a wearer with her/ his own distinctive style, who does not follow the mainstream.

The name “Zilvera” comes partially from “zilver” (silver in Dutch) and partially from “Vera” which means “true” in Latin. My jewelry is “true” artisan jewelry. No mass production, friendly for the wearer and the environment.

I use silver, gold, and gemstones. All materials are top-quality and selected by myself personally, especially the gemstones, which are always one of a kind (or a pair – for paired pieces).

All jewelry pieces have a quality guarantee, provided they are properly handled. If something breaks unexpectedly, I will repair it free of charge.

I also like communicating with buyers about customizing and even about repairs. Every kind of feedback is welcome since it helps me to grow in my craftsmanship.

Shipping policy

Zilvera is based in the Netherlands and all items are shipped from the Netherlands.
For the convenience, I offer free shipping to all selected countries.
Insurance can be provided on request, all the costs of insurance to be borne by the buyer.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

The items are sold in the state as they are described and depicted in the photographs. The photographs are considered to contain complete information, including all eventual irregularities. The buyer is considered to have received and taken notice of the information contained in the description and the photographs.
However, not all details can be depicted. The non-visible side may have a different surface polishing degree, which makes it less shiny. Deviations in color are also possible.
If the jewelry piece does not meet your expectations, please contact me and we shall look together how to resolve this issue.
EU buyers have the right of withdrawal during 14 days from the item’s arrival. During this period they can send the item back. The shipping expenses in this case will be borne by the buyer. As soon as the item arrives at zilvera’s, the refund will take place.

Miscellaneous details

1. Handmade philosophy
My jewelry is crafted by hand. There are neither items of mass production, nor items which are machined by industrial techniques, like in regular jeweler’s stores. It means that two parts in a pair cannot be absolutely identical due to variations in materials and processing. For instance, the precious stones used for a pair of dangles, inevitably vary in size and color. Please, be aware of it.
2. Zilvera’s organic philosophy
All jewelry made by zilvera is produced in an environmentally friendly way, with the use (as much as possible) of natural and organic materials and is free of substances which may cause irritation when contacting the skin. If any chemical substance (like glue) is applied, it is not applied to the places of contact with the skin.
For people sensitive to sterling silver the earrings can be customized so that ear hooks will be made of fine silver or surgical steel.
