Anytime an item is accepted for a return you will not be refunded until the item is received and inspected
Any item that is accepted for a return must be in the same condition it was shipped in.
If items are damaged in shipping Zappy expects the buyer to Retain all packaging and damaged items. Anytime an item is received damaged you must provide photos of the damaged goods and packaging.
Zappys Closet also expects a buyer that receives damaged goods to cooperate in anyway necessary to assist in A shipping insurance claim.
