Shipping policy

We ship to confirmed home and business addresses only. Products bought will be shipped within 1 business day (except holidays) after payment for the item has been processed.
We use UPS, USPS & FedEx as our shipping company. Ground shipping delivery charges are calculated on the shipping weight of the item unless otherwise indicated in the product’s descriptive copy.

Return policy

In the unlikely event you need to return an item, you must contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of receipt of merchandise and request a Return Authorization.
Some return restrictions may apply and some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All item/item’s must be returned in the unopened sealed box as it was shipped to you. We will not accept return’s if the item was opened. All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
