Shipping policy
All of our items are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS or Fed-Ex fulfilled by USPS for larger, heavy items.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysAll returns must be approved before sending the items back. No returns on opened/worn/tried on clothing, intimate apparel, or costumes. We do not accept returns on used or partial items. We reserved the right to refuse any return that was not approved before sending back. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns and original and return shipping is not reimbursed.
