Shipping policy
We ship by regular airmail from Tokyo, Japan as EMS insured shipping has gotten too expensive to be practical! Also, shipping times to the USA are slower now since the Corona Virus began with fewer flights now carrying mail so we are unable to guarantee arrival time! Sorry about this but it is beyond our control! There is also a 2kg limit on small packets which are the largest parcels they will accept now, so we have had to delete all our larger sales items from the store for now! Please understand this situation and we will do our best to quickly get any item purchased packaged up & to the post office same day or next depending on time of purchase, unless on weekend when post office is closed! Return policy
None: All purchases finalItems are sold as is and returns not accepted unless item has been grossly misrepresented, which does not happen! Items damaged in the mail & not sent by EMS insured mail are not covered either! However, we package well & have not yet heard of any problems with breakage!

Payment to be made by Paypal Items currently shipping from Tokyo, Japan and usually reach USA within one week by regular airmail/not insured. EMS insured shipping with tracking is available at additional fee and usually arrives within 3-5 days! We are currently only shipping to USA at present but will consider shipping outside the USA depending on location & customs restrictions!
