I hope you stay awhile and visit. My shop is the store where you will be able to find all types of unique and fun supplies to create your next Special Memory. If you have an idea or a party or theme you want, just email me and I can try to create something for you.

Shipping policy
You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal. Paypal allows you to check out with your credit card or debit card (there is a button for that when Paypal directs you to complete your payment). You can also use stripe for quicker payments.
If you pay with an E-CHECK your order will not ship until your payment clears. That takes an additional 3-5 business days (international ones take longer). This will extend the processing and shipping time on your order. For faster turnaround, we recommend using your credit or debit card through Paypal or Use Stripe for quicker processing.

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please notify us in 3 days of receiving your order if there is a problem. You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. When I receive your return and determine it to be in good, unused condition, I’ll issue a refund for the merchandise cost. Shipping costs (both for the original order and return) are not refunded except in cases of error by Parties and Fun. You will be responsible for the return label (shipping cost to return an item it will be deducted from the return)
For safety and health reasons, I do not accept returns on edibles, straws, and cupcake liners.
Items must be properly packed and secured for all shipping returns. Return shipping cost (the cost to send merchandise back to our store) is comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.
