Shipping policy

Patio Umbrellas ship via UPS and should arrive to you in 2-4 days.

Most Wall Fans, Asian Lamps, Oriental Paintings and many other items ship via FedEx Ground within the continental US, arriving in 2-4 days. Occationally out-of-stock or special-order items will ship directly from Asia and will take 7-15 days depending on their destination.

We can ship to most addresses within the US as well as internationally. For remote areas, special shipping rates may apply. We can also ship most items to special addresses such as US mlitary APO and FPO addresses for no additional charge. Packages shipped to APO and FPO addresses are initially shipped to the appropriate U.S. military mail hub. From there, the military delivers the packages, which typically takes 10-15 days. Delivery may take longer than 15 days depending on military mail handling procedures. Please understand that these delays are beyond our control.
