Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

•All Ground deliveries will be shipped the same day if placed before 3PM local time. We offer next day service to 88.8% of the U.S. population at no extra charge! If you reside outside of our one day shipping zones, Next Day Air or Second Day Air are available.
• If you select Economy Shipping as your shipping option please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

RETURNS:

•30 day returns. Buyer pays for return shipping, You are covered by the Lowpricesupply Money Back Guarantee if you receive an item that is not as described in the listing.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Pack and tape your package securely
• Place the return number on the return label or on a piece of paper attached securely to the package.
• Allow 4-7 business day for return process
• Please let us know when you drop off the return package/s and follow up your refund

DAMAGED PRODUCT: It would just need to be reported to us within 5 days of the receipt of the order so we can assist correctly, since then we are able to get the carrier involved in the resolution.
