Shipping policy

Standard handling time is 3 business days or sooner. Personalized items are 5-7 business days after details are finalized.

Some items may be on backorder, with an extended handling time. This information should be provided in the item specifics. We will always message you immediately with a notice, regarding any availability status that falls outside of the standard handling time.

Returns vary by product type. See below. If there is a mistake with your order, or damage, our policy is to send replacements. We are generally happy to offer returns for a full store credit, as well as work with you on suggestions for alternatives.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% for money back returns. All shipping charges for returns are buyer responsibility, unless otherwise agreed upon. Original shipping charges to send to the customer are non refundable, and will be deducted from refunds, including charges we’ve paid for free shipping items. Returns accepted only for product in original packaging with no signs of use.

Shoes (may return for in store credit-exchanges for better fit only)
