Return policy

We will accept returns on unopened, unused, undamaged items. We will refund the purchase price of the item- not original shipping charge.
Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee on returned items for bedding sets, comforters, fleeces, crib decoration and bedding sets, towels, bath ropes, bathroom sets, curtains.
Cake kits must be in original, unopened plastic packaging. Edible images must be returned in original inner packaging or other sturdy support to avoid breakage. Edible images that are broken during return shipping cannot be refunded. Shipping fees are not refundable.
