Shipping policy

If you are a registered member, you can start the return process by logging in to your account and choosing the order number.
Please choose the item(s) that you would like to return and specify the reason for returning. If you are returning the item due to ordering in error or no longer needing/wanting it, this is a regular return and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost which can be seen once you submit return request. If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service for further assistance.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, you will receive a refund for the price of the item, minus shipping and handling. Refunds for returned items will be issued as long as the below criteria has been met:
