Shipping company: UkrPost. All items will shipped by registered airmail.

Please note that the local mail service may affect delivery time.
- Refunds and Exchanges
In case of unclaimed or missed parcels I will refund the money excluding shipping costs after the items are returned to me as unclaimed.
Unfortunately, the shop is not responsible for the mailing system or transport companies, but I can guarantee – if paid goods will not be delivered to you because of the fault of the delivery service, I will return your money or send a new parcel.
