Please read the following instructions which will greatly help J&M Shoes Inc in assisting you with your return:
Need to Return Your Shoes? It’s easy. We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return within 30 days from your purchase.
We will provide you with return AUTHORIZATION. You can return only unworn shoes. All refunds will be issued in approximately 1-2 weeks. When returning please note the following:
1. Merchandise must be in “ORIGINAL BOX” no tape, labels, etc. attached. with all tags intact, and must be able to be resold (i.e. NOT WORN or WASHED). We only sell first quality merchandise and expect returns to be the same. If returned merchandise is found to be worn or has tape or label on the original box, a credit will not be issued and the customer will be notified of the problem. The customer will then have 7 business days to respond to us on what to do with their return (requesting to return the package back incurs additional shipping charges). If no answer would be received after 7 business days the item will be treated as abandoned and discarded.
2. When returning, please place invoice back in the box with the returned item(s), (Make a copy of the original invoice for your records and write down the tracking number for your return; you need to provide it if you call us).
3. All refunds will be issued via same payment method where available.
4. There is NO FREE RETURN (you must pay for the return) even if you picked the wrong shoe size, color or gender. Return shipping is paid by the customer and within 30 days of the date of purchase.
5. We do not exchange. We issue credit and you will have to place an order for a different item. If you would like a different size/style, please place a NEW order online at your earliest convenience for any replacement item(s). This is the fastest and easiest way to make sure we have your size/style in stock. Otherwise, all refunds take approximately 1-2 weeks to be processed.
6. Refused Orders: Orders that are refused or not received when delivery was attempted will be subject to a $25.00 return and restocking fee. This is to cover the shipping back to us and the labor involved in handling your order.
