Moreover, these products are tested by our team of quality control experts at each and every stage of production to ensure faultless and flawless range of products.
Shipping policy
All orders will be shipped via Bombino, FEDEX, UPS & Other Courier Services or according to the shipping method that you choose.
We always ship goods before our given scheduled time.
Some orders may take longer due to certain reasons, but your order will come into process as soon as the order confirmation is done from our side.
Tracking facility is provided for our customers to track their consignment shipment status.
Shipments will be mailed to the billing address only. An exception can be made only if you contact your credit card company and add the alternate address to your card account. Please understand that if your credit card company does not have your desired shipping address on file, we cannot ship to that address.
Special Orders and Rings
Most rings will require an extra 1-2 days for sizing. Therefore rings always ship out 2-5 business days later than other regular in stock products unless the ring size ordered is already in stock. The same applies to other customized orders.
Shipped with Protection
For the protection, we insure all items for their full value at the time of shipping. All deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address and require a signature confirmation. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you reflecting that your order has been shipped along with the tracking details. It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door.
Orders May Be Delayed for the Following Reasons:
Bad weather which includes snow storms, tornados, twisters, severe rain warnings, severe cold or other unforeseen events which prevent FedEx from making the delivery according to the guaranteed times. We are not responsible for delay in delivery under these type of circumstances.
Order is pending a credit approval and fraud verification.
A product is currently out of stock.
A ring which requires special sizing.
An order which requires special customization.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsIn an unlikely event of any merchandise you have ordered from us is damaged or defective upon delivery, or if merchandise delivered is totally different from what you had ordered or , you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund. Please note we shall not entertain any request after 2 days from delivery of the product. Any returns through courier must be accompanied by the original invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice. We shall process the refund, subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/ refund may not be possible.
