When you purchase 2 or more items in these categories you will receive free shipping in addition to a 10% discount on your total order. We offer Enrichment Bags for children and Pick a Pet. Both of these products are very educational and suitable for children at many levels and ages.
Shipping policy
Shipping costs are figured in the price of the item. All items can be shipped free unless a lower price is offered. If the offer is accepted then the buyer pays the shipping refund.
To get free shipping the buyer must purchase $100.00+.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsBuyer must return the item in resellable condition and pay the cost of shipping the return. A 10% charge will be deducted from the refund for restocking.
Miscellaneous details
Refunds are available for all returned items in resell-able condition. A 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the total and the buyer pays for the shipping return.
If an item is damaged in shipping and the object was shipped by priority mail or with insurance the buyer will be responsible for for filing the insurance claim with the shipper, thus avoiding the shipping fee to return the object.
