Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
Shipping policy
Items ship from either China, Canada, Germany or the Czech Republic and take 1-2 weeks to ship unless there are unforeseen delays with the courier or customs.
Items with free shipping can be returned, but with a 10% restocking fee to cover initial shipping costs. Items with paid shipping can be returned at the buyer’s expense within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Exchanges are encouraged :)
