After many years working in cosmetics as beauty and skincare managers helping customers with their skincare needs, we naturally searched for products that were unique and cutting edge yet still affordable and effective. Several years ago we were introduced to and started using Korean brand skincare. And guess what? We absolutely fell in love with them! We hope you will, too.

We are totally obsessed with Korean (and some Japanese & Taiwanese) mask sheets or face sheet masks—they are so good for your skin and ridiculously fun to use! We have acquired many niche Korean brands and are adding more every week. They are fresh and 100% authentic. We hand select each sampler pack so no two will ever be the same. We carry only high quality mask sheets, skincare, make-up, brushes and beauty accessories and offer customizing options based on your skincare needs.

Shipping policy

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR MOST ITEMS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS: Flat Rate Shipping Costs are based on the total package weight and the Shipping Method the Buyer chooses during checkout. We will usually ship within the same day and up to one business day of receiving cleared payment.

PLEASE NOTE: We can ship USPS Priority Express International Shipping for $59.50 USD and up if you need your item in a hurry! Please contact prior to paying so we can adjust invoice for increase of shipping payment. Thank you!

IMPORTANT: Customer is responsible for additional fees, customs, duties, and taxes, if any. Please be aware of your country’s rules and regulations regarding importing goods and/or purchasing outside of your country. Thank you for your attention.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country.

Additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer/recipient as we have no control over these government-imposed charges. The postage paid during checkout only covers our actual shipping costs to send your package. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information and their regulations.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:

Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. We can add this during the shipping process. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice attached to your package so that customs can reach you to clear your order if necessary.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 or more days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender. If that be the case and the package is returned to us, we do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused or returned for delivery at customs. It is your responsibility to contact your local postal office with the given tracking number to help locate your package.

Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt (For Most Items—Please see individual listings). Buyer pays return shipping costs.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please read below.

Upon delivery of the returned product, we will issue a full refund of original payment upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge and any other return shipping costs.

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase unless we have notified you otherwise. No exceptions.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

International Customers: We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are returned or refused for delivery at customs. Thank you for understanding.

Customs Fees / Import Duties are not a part of shipping fees.

First-Class Package International Service, Priority Mail International® Padded Flat Rate Envelope vs. Priority Mail Express International™ Padded Flat Rate Envelope

We use First-Class Package International Shipping based on package weight and the average flat rate from the range of $13.50 to $22.50 USD for most countries.

Most packages are sent Priority International Shipping via USPS for a flat rate of $32.95 USD. This reflects the new 2016 international shipping prices and the most efficient rate.

If, however, you need your package in a hurry—the fastest shipping we offer is Priority Mail Express International™ Padded Flat Rate Envelope for most of our items. ***Please contact us first prior to payment and we can adjust the invoice and send the package via Priority Express International for a flat rate of $59.50 USD.

All international packages can be tracked at the USPS website at www.usps.com

Returns: Due to the nature of our skincare products, sample sets, make-up and beauty items, no returns will be accepted and all sales are final so please be sure you are ordering the correct set or item(s). Brushes and brush sets can be exchanged or returned in their brand new, unused condition if not completely satisfied with your purchase. Buyer is solely responsible for any return shipping costs of product(s).
