Shipping policy

Our shipping method is: Standard USPS.
The most affordable option ships to all major destinations in 1-5 business days. All standard shipping orders are eligible for shipping discounts according to package size and destination. Before we can ship your order, Ginga’s Galleria has to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package items. The duration of preparing your items for shipping and the delivery time is the total time to receive your order.

At Ginga’s Galleria, returns are easy! We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns.
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 10 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all shipping fees. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If a product is not listed, the warranty period is 10 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
