Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

Listings with FREE or Buyer Paid Shipping, we will ship Standard to the 48 Continental U.S. States and Canada.

We ship out orders by the end of next business day M-F excluding US federal Holidays.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the name of the carrier and the tracking number, so you can track your package. Tracking information will also be displayed in the buyer’s account.

• Domestic shipping to the 48 Continental U.S. States: Free shipping or buyer paid shipping prices Include Shipping, Handling & Insurance.

• Domestic shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands: There will be an additional shipping fee. In order to get a quote please call or email us with your complete address with zip code first. We will respond with the shipping cost. (Please note there are some locations we will be unable to ship to).

• Shipping to APO/FPO’s: In order to get a quote please call or email us with your APO/FPO complete address with zip code first. We will respond with the shipping cost. Please note there are some locations we will be unable to ship to and some items we will be unable to ship to certain locations.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• We use UPS, Fed Ex or USPS to ship out our packages and require a correct physical home or business address. Buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address before the item ships out and cannot be changed after package is accepted by UPS, Fed Ex or USPS.

• We cannot guarantee shipping delivery dates due to weather, natural disasters, UPS, Fed Ex, USPS related issues or other reasons no fault of our own.

• Customers must notify G3Elite within 2 days of delivery date if their package is not received so we can put a trace on the package and or file a lost package claim.

• Shipping damage should be reported to G3Elite within 14 days of delivery date. Items damaged in shipping fall into the category of (no fault of our own). G3Elite reserves the right to send either replacement part, parts or replacement item depending on the damage claim filed to correct the issue.

• A lost package trace or damage claim can take up to 9 business days to be rectified by UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. G3Elite will do everything in its power to rectify the issue in a timely manner.

Return policy

RETURN POLICY DETAILS:

1. Buyer pays for return shipping for reason no fault of our own. Returns are accepted on new items, unused or like new condition within 14 days of delivery date.

• Example: Defective, lost or damaged items that can and will be replaced in whole or with new parts by G3Elite fall into the (No fault of our own category). Original shipping on these items will not be refunded if returned. Please contact G3Elite through email or call G3Elite Customer Service & Support (951) 777-8396.

RESTOCKING FEES:

1. G3Elite will impose a 20% of item cost as a restocking fee for all returns no fault of our own.

• Example: The buyer changes their mind about a purchase or the buyer purchased the item by mistake and returns the item in the original condition within 14 days.

2. We will impose 20% – 50% of item cost as a restocking fee for all returns received damaged or used; returned no fault of our own.

• Example: The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns item or items within the 14 day return window, but the seller receives the item damaged, used or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer.

3. If a package is delivered to the address provided by the customer and it is refused, undeliverable, not accepted or returned without the customer paying for the return shipping, we will impose a 20% – 50% of item cost as a restocking fee as stated above in section #2, plus deduct the original shipping cost (Unless item has free shipping) from the buyers refund of the returned items cost.

PLEASE NOTE:

We are not required to accept returns beyond the 14 day return period, but may make acceptations on brand new unopened items.
