Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Return policy

This is our standard return and exchange policy. It is necessary in order for us to continue to provide affordable pricing and excellent customer service. We will work on an individual case basis for exception to our standard policy. We are here to help!
To report a defective item
Please send us a picture of the defective item indicating where the defect is located on the item. For shoes, please also include a picture of the soles. Do not send back the defective item until notified by us. Sending the defective item back prior to being asked to do so will result in non reimbursement of your shipping charges. Once a defect request has been approved, we will send you a prepaid return label to ship the item back. Any defective item must be reported within 3 weeks from order date. After 3 weeks, all claims will not be honored.

What is not considered a defect?
Color not meeting customer expectation. The color description in the title is for general reference and used as a mean to differentiate different options available for a particular style. Fit issue cannot be considered a defect. Different style/design will affect the fit as well as each customer feet unique feet configuration will affect fit as well. Please also note that the sizing chart by Amazon is not applicable even though it is listed on the detail page. Shoes that have been worn and/or soles that are soiled will not be accepted as defective items. We reserved the right to accept or reject a defective item claim.

All Items

This category of our Return and Exchange Policy applies to all items. Items listed under All Shoes and Rhinestones Enhanced Design items have additional requirements.

Returns on items can only be made within 30 days from date of shipment for refund, no exceptions. Items listed as Special Orders are not returnable or refundable. Sale items are not returnable or refundable. Refunds only applies to merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be in NEW, Unused condition. All tags, labels must still be attached and not defaced in any form. Item must be shipped back with all packaging materials.

For exchanges, please either include a check for $7.00 to cover the shipping and handling fees to ship the exchange back to you. You may also pay this amount via pay pal. Instruction is included in the Return Form. Please note that the $7.00 is not the true shipping cost, as we cover most of it for you to offset your cost of shipping the shoes back for exchange

Please note that in some cases, the actual color may differ slightly from what is being displayed on your monitor and while we try to be as descriptive and accurate as possible in the color, different monitors will display different shades of the said color. For example, a description of White will cover pure white to ivory/lite cream shades. Tan may appears to be bronze to others. Flesh Satin will appear pinkish in the image than the actual color. This is not considered a defect.

Please ensure that you purchase sufficient insurance for your packages. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.

You will also be responsible for shipping and handling charge from your locations for returns not as a result of our error. This include refused shipment, undeliverable package due to incorrect address given, or not being available to receive shipment in certain circumstances. There will be a $11.00 charge for all refused shipment and/or undeliverable package (standard shipping) and for expediated/2nd day it will be based on what UPS charges ($18 and up).

All Shoes:

The return policy of all shoes is 30 days from the date of shipment from our location and we must receive your return within 10 business days from the date the return was authorized, no exception. In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

All returns must be accompanied by our Return and Exchange form. Shoes must be in new, unworn and resalable condition All original tags and packaging materials that were shipped with the shoes must be returned. Tags that are attached to the shoes must not be cut. Shoes must not be worn, scratched, or damaged. Please try out your new shoes for “size and fit” on a clean soft surface or carpet in order to be eligible for refund or exchange. Soles must not be marked or show sign of wear. Again, try the shoes for fit on a clean carpet, or clean towel etc. DO NOT walk around the house unless you plan on keeping the shoes. WE WILL REJECT THE RETURN IF THERE IS SIGN OF WEAR. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping this rejected return back to you. If you have already worn it, please do not send it back as no refund or exchange will be given and you will have to pay for having the shoes shipped back to you.

Unworn Condition: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags, and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will be returned to you if the shoes exhibit any obvious signs of wear or are not in the condition in which they were received.

Rhinestones Enhanced Design Items:

In addition to above conditions, all shoes that were enhanced with rhinestones designs have a 15 days return policy. The following additional conditions must also be met:

Please inspect and notify us within 48 hours upon receipt of your merchandise of any damaged or missing rhinestones. Our shipper’s delivery confirmation document is considered proof of merchandise receipt. All rhinestones must be intact. Designs with missing rhinestones will not be accepted for return. The design must not be altered, defaced, or damaged. Alteration to the original design will not be accepted for return.

Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to shipping your item back. Any refund due will only be for the merchandise. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to us. Customers are also responsible for the reshipping cost on exchange merchandise unless advise by us otherwise.
