Shipping policy

We Ship to address which are given in your PayPal Account.

We normally use India Post for Delivery….(it will takes 15 to 20 days to USA,UK,CANADA) if you need fast, shipping services you need to pay extra for Fast Shipment Services.(Please confirm for Fast Shipping before placing any order)
Our logistics partners cannot deliver during weekends/holidays/after office hours or at special timings.
Tracking Number will be provided on same Shipping day.(In some cases it will be updated within 2 days of shipping).

Things to be taken care of :

Please provide a Street Address.
We need all auction winner’s phone number for carrier service to expedite your shipment.
Above shipment will be originated from India.
If shipment returns to us for incorrect address, unclaimed package or any other reasons, we are happy to resend the package for you, but you require to pay fees for the re-shipment and shipping rate will be charged as per auction.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

Your Satisfaction is very important to us.

This item is Brand New.
If you don’t like our product ,you can return it on our address.
RETURNS will be accepted within 14 days only.
In case of return buyer will pay the return charges.
Refund will be processed after receiving the product and within 7 working days.
The product/item has to be returned in good ( not damaged ) condition.
Shipping charges can not be refunded, however all refund will be evaluated on case to case basis.
