Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Normally, item will ship same day, but depending on the time the order arrives in our system, shipping may be between 1-2 days.
Items weighing under 13 ounces will ship first class mail through USPS. Above that weight will most normally ship parcel post or priority mail, whichever is cost efficient to the customer!

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Please notify us if any problems with your order. In the event the item is defective, broken or damaged, country by the city will ship a new item or refund at your request. We do require pictures to back-up the claim. If the customer changes mind about item before receiving, we will accept item back as long as it is unused and in original packaging. The return shipping will be customer responsibility.
