Shipping policy

ChronoStore will pay for FREE Expedited Shipping for every order to the United States. Delivery time for Expedited Shipping generally can range from 2 to 6 business days. All items shipped are fully insured. Note that air and ground shipping times are measured in business days. USPS Next Day Air delivery option is available for an additional $20.00 to the United States.

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our store. United States Postal Service shipments can be tracked here at the USPS website. UPS shipments can be tracked here at the UPS website. FedEx shipments as well can be tracked at the FedEx website.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

For security purposes, we do not ship to P.O Boxes.
Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.
Weekend deliveries are valid only if the “Express” delivery option is selected, and the package is being sent to a domestic location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

With customers all around the world, we are happy to send our timepieces to anywhere that has a letterbox.

While we always dispatch an order within 1 working day, we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end. As a general rule, assume that regular post will take 3-8 days for Australia, North America, & the UK, and 6-14 days for the rest of the world. Express post is generally 1-3 days for Australia; and 4-8 days for other regions.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND OTHER CHARGES:

All Shipments outside the United States are generally subject to duties, taxes (such as VAT), and other charges, as determined by the local jurisdiction. Please be advised that you, the customer is responsible for these charges and they will be in addition to the purchase price displayed on our website (plus any shipping charges). Also, in the event there are customs charges assigned to your package, you must pay for any associated import taxes as well, including VAT and duties, required by your country’s governmental regulations. To learn more, please contact your local customs office for further information. Your package will include a copy of your actual invoice, and the customs office will determine any applicable fees.

Full refund available within 30 days

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your item for a refund (excluding shipping & handling fees) within 30 days of first receiving your order. All items must be in the same condition as they were received, unworn, with all original paperwork, boxes and any additional packaging.

Special Orders are not returnable; please read our note below regarding Special Orders.

ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, WATER DAMAGE, ALTERATION OR REMOVAL OF PARTS WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.

If there are any discrepancies or damages during shipment, please contact us immediately.

*Special Orders: Select items sold on Chronostore may be considered “Special Orders” and subject to a limited return policy. “Special Orders” are items that we do not have in our warehouse, items that we do not have on our website that are ordered from our distributor, or items that have been customized. All orders that are “Special Orders” cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless otherwise authorized by Chronostore Staff via mail, fax or e-mail.

How to return or exchange an item:

We recommend using G4S for shipping via FED-EX or UPS. Please include the invoice and the reason for your return.
