How your order is shipped?

All orders shipped within 24 business hours.
We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Free shipping is available within USA only.

It is a buyer responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. If item is returned back to us, due to bad address, or If a buyer refused a delivery, shipping charges will be deducted from a refund. If an item is lost by carrier, due to a bad shipping address provided by a customer, refund WILL NOT be processed.

All orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping day is not count. Saturday and Sunday are not count.

Standard Ground shipping takes 4 to 7 business days.

3 Day Select shipping will be delivered on Third Business Day. For example: if order shipped on Monday, delivery day is Thursday. If order shipped on Friday, delivery day is Wednesday.

2nd Day Air shipping will be delivered on Second Business Day. For example: if order shipped on Monday, delivery day is Wednesday. If order shipped on Friday, delivery day is Tuesday.

Next Day Air shipping will be delivered on Next Business Day. For example: if order shipped on Monday, delivery day is Tuesday. If order shipped on Friday, delivery day is Monday.

International orders:
All international orders placed on-line are shipped via UPS or The U.S. Postal Service. Tariffs, taxes, duties and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer or recipient.
Please check with local authorities for rates & regulations PRIOR TO ORDERING.

Return policy

In order for us to offer you these great prices, there is a 20% restocking fee charge on any merchandise that is returned (Return or Exchange), exceptions being defective items or a shipping error on our part. We are working very hard to make our customer happy with our product, however if you are not completely satisfied with the product, please contact us and we will resolve the problem.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. When exchanging please contact us with your payment information for shipping charges. We will not ship replacement till shipping is paid, exception being defective items, or a shipping error on our part.

If free shipped item is returned, original shipping charge will be deducted from refund.

All returns must have RA# (Return Authorization Number). Please contact us for RA #.

Do not return product without RA number.

*All products must be returned in original packaging, in exactly the same condition as you received them.

No returns or exchanges after 14 days from invoice date. No exceptions. Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges are extra. Shipping charges are subject to change.

Inspect all of the items up on receiving the package. If a package is damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to have carrier note such damage, making carrier responsible. Save all cartons and shipping documents and notify All About Uniforms immediately for instructions.

Seller is not liable for any damage, injury or loss, direct or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use any products, for any purpose, purchased from All About Uniforms.
