Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

My original art features miniature paintings and drawings called ACEO (2.5 × 3.5 inches) and other sizes such as OSWOA (4×6 inches). I like to paint animals, seascapes, landscapes, celebrity portraits and more. I work mainly in colored pencils, India Ink, acrylic and watercolor.

Shipping policy

My products are made to order and shipped from USA, Hong-Kong or Canada. The origin is indicated in the listings, however if you do not see it and want to know exactly when to expect your order to arrive, please contact me. IN SOME LISTINGS, IT MAY SHOW “USA” AS ORIGIN BUT THEY MAY BE COMING FROM HONG-KONG – Bonanza does not allow us to change the origin for each item.
Processing time is about 2 to 5 days before shipping depending of the item.
Delivery time for USA is from 5 to 15 business days and for international, it’s 10 to 20 business days depending where you live.

Please note that if you live in Canada, taxes will be charged according to your province. If the site is not charging you any taxes when you place your order, I will need to send you an invoice for the total of the taxes – sorry, the law is the law…

Return policy

Partial refund available within 30 days

All my products available are made to order, specifically for you when you order. I do not carry any inventory.
I will accept returns but I must charge a re-stocking fee of 15% on any item returned. However, I do not accept returns on custom items.
Shipping costs from the original order and shipping costs for returning the item to me are not refunded, the buyer must pay the shipping costs to return the item.
The return shipping address is in CANADA, please contact me for all info.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If an item has been damaged in transit or has a significant defect, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. Please check your item as soon as it arrives.
I will ask you to provide clear pictures of the damage or defect. Upon evaluating the damage, I will gladly send you a replacement or refund depending of the situation and the manufacturer’s policies, worked out on a case by case.
Please note: color variations from the listing pictures and the actual item is always possible and is not considered a “defective item”.

LOST PACKAGES:
Packages, delivered to incorrect/ incomplete and/or old address, will not be refunded or processed again. It is a buyer’s responsibility to verify and provide the correct address during the check out. Packages that are returned back to the factory due to problems with postal service not advising the customer for pick-up will not be processed again. Customers should check the tracking to see if the package has arrived in their country and verify with their postal service.

CANCELLATIONS: If you want to cancel an order, I can do it only 3 hours or less after the time of your order. Once the item is in the making process at my manufacturer’s facility, I cannot cancel or refund your order.
