Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:
FedEx Ground or UPS Ground
AK, HI, and PR: please request a quote
International Shipping:
Please contact me for a shipping quote, rates vary based on destination, package size and weight.
Packing:
Guitars are de-tuned for shipment. They are shipped with padding inside their original box (unless they are in a case), which is then packed with more padding inside a bigger shipping container.
Returns:
If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 3 days to return it. It must be returned as it was received, with no signs of use. If there was a mistake in the listing or the guitar was damaged in shipping, I will cover return shipping; otherwise, buyer is responsible for shipping cost and full insurance. Please pack it as it was received. Money will be refunded as soon as item is received and tested. Please contact me immediately if anything is not right with your purchase, I will be happy to make it right!
I cannot accept international returns, due to import duties and restrictions. I will do everything possible to make you happy with your international purchase.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Buyer must contact Wire Meets Wood before sending any returns.
Drum kits, cymbals, cases, software, harmonicas, mouthpieces and in-ear earphones are not returnable.
Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If return is received with damage or signs of wear, refund may be reduced.
Buyer receives refund less 10% restock fee unless incorrect or defective product is received.

Product descriptions are generally obtained directly from the manufacturer.
Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed.
Manufacturers may change specifications without updating their item’s descriptions.
