Shipping policy
We ship Ground for most orders only to the continental 48 united States. All orders ship from various warehouses throughout the United Stated to offer the fastest service and best return policy possible.
We do not ship to PO boxes but if you have a need to do so please contact us; not all of our items can ship to PO boxes and we must evaluate on a case by case basis. Additional fees will apply.
It is your responsibility to provide full and accurate address information in all cases; all fees arising from inaccurate information will be paid for by the buyer.
Most items ship within 1 business day as a general rule.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsReturns or replacements for damaged goods. Voluntary Returns accepted after RMA is issued – Buyer pays return shipping and possibly a 15% re-stocking fee. Returned items that are not defective or damaged will not be refunded original shipping fee and may have a 15% restocking fee. For all returns please contact us for RMA. Note: Returns of Gift Baskets do not allow for a full refund due to the fact that food items can not be used again and no refund will be given for the food items.
All merchandise we offer is new and in original packaging unless otherwise noted. All items are guaranteed without defect…If there is a problem contact us right away so that we may resolve the issue quickly. Our goal is to offer great products at great prices and excellent customer service…all delivered right to your door. After the initial 30 days period any warranties still in effect are handled through the items manufacturer in most cases.
We do offer additional discounts for larger orders and bulk purchases; please use the system functions to obtain discounts or contact us for a quote. An additional discount is not guaranteed, it just depends on the items. Do to rapid sales of some items quotes given are only valid for 48 hours or when item runs out of stock.
