Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

Whenever possible, we use clean, recycled boxes and packaging to keep your shipping costs and our costs low and at the same time help the enviroment. Many times are shipping charges are below the actual charges we pay at the post office & Fedex and we foot the rest of the bill. Compare our shipping prices with other sellers and find ours are very competitive. When shipping price charged is much more than actual price charged by carrier, a refund via PayPal will be issued.

Shipping policy

Items are usually shipped within 2 business day of receiving payment, Monday-Friday. If actual shipping is much less than the shipping charged, a PayPal refund will be issued. Discounts are available on multiple purchases (some exclusions apply). Email if you are interested in multiple items for a combined shipping rate.

Item may ONLY be returned if it is not as described. Buyer must contact the seller within 3 days of receiving the merchandise and wait for a confirmation from the seller before returning the item. Refund ONLY if item is not as described. Items damaged in transit where insurance was not purchased or where insurance was not part of the shipping costs, will not be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS

International buyers note: Email before buying to get a shipping quote. Please note: we will not lie on customs forms-so do not ask us to do so. Any customs fees charged by your government is your responsibility and is NOT part of the shipping price quoted. Also, if your government has restrictions against you receiving the item, we will not be held responsible for items held by them in customs.
