Shipping policy

ITEM SHIPPING

All orders are prepared and shipped within ten days, depending upon the inventory level. The shipment tracking code will be sent via an email notification once the package is shipped. If you order something that is found to be out of stock, the order will be immediately cancelled and your funds returned to you.

PO BOXES

Some of the products offered here ship by FedEx and UPS. Neither FedEx nor UPS deliver to PO Boxes. Whenever possible, please use a physical address for deliveries and ask us before completing an order using a PO Box for delivery. Errors happen. If caught, we will try to notify you right away of any problems and immediately refund your purchase.

Delivery Time

The delivery time will vary based on the product destination and origin. Every effort is made to provide a realistic expected delivery time (calendar days) in the description section of each product page based on guidance from the manufacturer. But please be mindful that some goods may be imported and are subject to changes. Regardless, please pay close attention to those delivery times when placing an order and consider being flexible should the delivery be off a few days.

Please confirm your shipping address prior to finishing the order. That address will be the destination used to fulfill your order.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

Customer satisfaction is at the very heart of everything that we do. Despite our best efforts at pursuing your complete satisfaction, however, things can go wrong. You should know prior to your purchase about the availability of exchanges and refunds.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days once your purchase has shipped. Your purchase will be refunded right away if the product has not shipped. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchased item as reported by the provided tracking number, neither a refund nor exchange is offered. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was upon receipt. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds for gift cards are not offered.

Please have your proof of purchase available and send notice of your intention to return a product prior to doing so. Please do not ship any goods to any destination whatsoever for a refund prior to sending notice.

REFUNDS
Once the return is received and inspected, an email will notify you of receipt and whether a refund is approved. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and credited automatically to the original method of payment used for the purchase, usually within two business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

EXCHANGES
Only defective or damaged products may be exchanged. If you need to exchange a purchased product, please send an email to [email protected] so that exchange instructions may be provided.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. The giver will receive the refund, however, if the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping because shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider including insurance and a tracking number with your return. The time required for delivery of your exchanged product may vary based on your location, manufacturer’s delivery time and more.
