We take pride in making products from the highest quality materials for your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. To be eligible for a return 30% re-stocking fees will be charged and costumer will pay for return shipping cost., the product must be unworn, in original condition, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable and buyer must pay for return shipment.
Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Products that have been monogrammed, embossed or otherwise personalized/ customized are not eligible for return.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once the returned product has been received at our main office.
Exchanges are available on items that have been not personalizes or customized within 30 days.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 Hours for Full Refund.
Special Conditions

OUR SHIPPING POLICY :
. We have various shipping facilities globally to accommodate you the best way possible for your orders.
. It takes 7 business days for leather jackets and 12 business days for leather shoes to arrive at you doorsteps.(custom clearance may affect delivery time and especially through the peak holiday season)
. We ship using DHL or Skynet and you will b provided with tracking numbers so you can track your order.
RETURN POLICY :
We will do full refund within 30 days
. Once we receive the merchandise back in the same condition as shipped and all tags are intact and product is it’s in original condition.
. Custom designs in your size are non-refundable and buyer have only 24 hours to cancel the order or change the size .
. There will b no refund if the product is altered damaged or worn.
. Item can be returned for a full refund within 30 days after the receipt. If item received is not as described in description.
. It is buyers responsibility to ship item back to our registered address. Remember, buyer is responsible for clear custom charges of returned products
. We do charge 30% restocking fee
