Shipping policy
We generally ship in 1 Business Day. Shipping by UPS, FEDEX and USPS within the 48 USA States. Overseas shipping requires a pre-arranged quote. Please include your telephone number per chance the carrier needs to contact you.
Return policy
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Prior to returning, please call 800-728-1238 or email [email protected] for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All items must be returned to 95 Golden Hill Rd., Danbury, CT 06811 in original condition regardless of original shipping location.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for “actual” original shipping costs. If an item is deemed defective, contact the manufacturer for warranty services. Pressing Cloths and Bags that have been used are not returnable. Ionizers Filters that have been used are not returnable.
