International customers are responsible for brokerage and customs fees.

If an address change is requested after an order is placed, we will try our best to update the address before shipping, but cannot guarantee it. The customer is responsible for any additional cost and return postage.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

We have a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery for unworn shoes in their original shoe box/packaging. To return an item, please enclose the original packing slip with your name/order information in the shipment to ensure that you receive your refund in a timely manner. Please make a quick note of the return reason and any other notes that you have for us and address your return to:

Please note that per our return policy, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. The return process typically takes 3-5 business days from the time the package reaches our warehouse.
