RockSchels has evolved from a small company first established in 1985 by Capt n Bob which was the Educational Director for a Marine Lab teaching thousands of kids about the Ocean and it inhabitants. This helped RockSchels became a Multi Retail Store Chain and import/exporters of seashells and nautical, minerals, fossils etc Nature Oriented items from around the world.
Shipping policy
Shipping
All orders are shipped within three (3) days of payment, not counting weekends or holidays. We ship either USPS, FEDEX or UPS. We ship via USPS Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and to the U.S. Virgin Islands. You must provide us with the correct name, shipping address and email at the time you place your order. If you do not specify which shipping method you prefer, we will ship the cheapest way; however, it may not be the fastest means.
Return policy
We accept all returns within 14 days of purchase for a refund minus shipping costs unless damaged or wrong item shipped then a full refund will be processed within 24 hours of receipt
Environmental Policy
RockSchel’s has all County, State and Federal licenses required. We adhere to all U.S. laws governing the collection and importation of seashell and animal products. We do not carry any "specimen” or endangered seashells or animal products. All shells and animal products sold have been legally imported into the United States and have been cleared by the U.S. Customs Department and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Department. We follow all rules and regulations of the CITES International Agreement. Most of the shells we carry are collected for their meat and the shell is a by-product. Also, the animal products we carry are by-products of the farming industry.

Miscellaneous details
Most of our items are from Nature so please understand that no two will be exactly the same also all our shells and sealife are gathered from villages that have used them as a food source and we buy the shells literally from piles that look like a dump or are farm raised and a percentage of the animals are transplanted back into the wild.
