Shipping policy

The majority of my items are handmade to order. The processing time is the time it takes for me to make or customize your items after you order them, package them securely, and take them to the post office. My current turnaround time is about 2-5 business days for most items. Larger orders may require additional time, and my processing time may increase before holidays.

Standard shipping is through USPS First class. Shipping time will vary based on the shipping service you choose, the distance the package has to travel, and proximity to holidays. For rush orders, upgraded shipping is available at checkout.

During the post office’s busy seasons, your package may take additional time to be delivered. Please be mindful of potential postal delays and leave enough time for your order to arrive.

If you believe your shipment was lost or stolen, please contact me immediately. You may be required to sign an affidavit confirming your package was lost or stolen for insurance purposes.

International buyers: Please be aware of your country’s customs and import taxes. Certain countries impose an additional fee on international shipments that the buyer will have to pay before they can collect their shipment. These fees are set by your country, and I cannot influence them.
