Shipping policy
Free standard UK delivery is included in the price of your product and is by Royal Mail 2nd class post which should arrive 2 – 5 working days following the day of dispatch. This service is available to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight and the Scottish Highlands and Islands, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Standard International Shipping is by Royal Mail International post and should arrive 5 – 10 working days following the day of dispatch, but may take longer to some remote locations.

Returns
Please inform us in writing within 7 working days of delivery of your goods that you wish to return an item.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery and with their original packaging i.e. goods must be returned ‘AS SOLD’ in the original packaging complete ‘AS NEW
Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition (e.g. if you have opened the box/packaging (where appropriate) to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received. A repacking fee may apply if items are not returned in a resalable condition and in the original packaging.
Please send the goods with a copy of your order confirmation/invoice that were sent with your original parcel.
Please note we are not liable for returns that do not reach us or those which are damaged in transit.
Goods are returned at your own cost and we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your own protection.
Cancelled orders
Within 30 days of the date of notification of the order cancellation, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods and the original delivery charge.
If the goods are not returned as agreed or you return them at our expense, you will be charged the direct cost of the recovery of those items.
Faulty goods or goods sent in error
For items that are delivered faulty or incorrectly, please contact us immediately to arrange return or exchange.
Goods received back not in a re-saleable condition
We may not accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of re delivery charged. We may also charge a repacking fee for items returned that are not in a resalable condition and in the original packaging.
