Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsWe accept returns within 14 days from the date you received the purchase. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If you decide to return an item because you changed your mind or you think you purchased the item by mistake, but there is nothing wrong with the item, you may return an undamaged item in its original undamaged packaging for a full refund of your purchase price for within a period of 14 days.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be unopened and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Opened or used products may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 85% of the purchase price.
No return will be accepted after 14 days of delivery.
Buyer assumes the cost of the return shipping and any credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We cannot accept returns of items that have been used or opened.
The item must still in saleable condition.

• If the item arrives at your address and it shows visible damage as the carrier is delivering it to you: If the item arrives damaged or defective, please refuse delivery so it will be returned to sender and contact us immediately
