Shipping policy
Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. I ship mainly through USPS, to help keep the shipping costs lower for my customers. Although there may be the occasional usage of UPS. Tracking numbers will be provided on all packages sent whether they are domestic or international. During checkout, please be sure your email and contact info is up to date. I cannot be responsible if your information is incorrect or outdated.
DOMESTIC — Shipping time (in transit) is estimated to be 3-7 business days. Actual times may be faster. For domestic purchases, the cost includes delivery confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL — Ship First Class USPS. International buyers are responsible for all duties, customs and taxes. International orders might be subject to customs inspections or other postal delays. I am not responsible for the cost of duties, customs or taxes imposed on international shipments. Delivery time outside the U.S. can take 2 to 12 weeks.
All sales are final. No refunds. — However, if your item arrives broken (damaged on arrival =DOA), I’ll be happy to exchange at no charge. But ONLY if you contact me within 3 days of receiving your order, and provide a picture of the broken item. Buyer pays shipping both ways for exchanges.

PAYMENT POLICY:
PayPal or major credit/debit cards. Items will only be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Immediate payment at the time of purchase is appreciated. Your order will be cancelled if payment is not made within 3 days of receiving your invoice. If you need an extension of time to make payment, contact me within 2 days of purchase – if you need me to hold something until payday, I am willing to accommodate this request for up to two weeks.
REFUND POLICY:
All sales are final. No refunds.
If you return an item, store credit will be issued for the amount, minus a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping both ways for all returns.
